"It went well enough that I would give them an opportunity to bid another job should the need arise, however, I would be more attentive to their bid amount and get more competing bids. <br /> Enclosed a swimming pool and mechanical utilities.  Final product looks very nice and does function as we need.  A few delays along the way, but nothing serious.  One crew member a bit awkward with complaints about having to work so hard.  Crew chief on the job easy to work with and very positive attitude.  Minor mud mess but nothing out of the ordinary.  Uncovered cable wires and weed barriers never reburied -- need to do it myself -- somewhat of a disappointment and hassle.  My wife worked this project.  I got the distinct impression she was being slightly up-charged possibly due to location.   This is my estimate and I welcome Lynchburg Fence to provide more specifics. <br /> For example (I will give this example based upon six foot fence sections):  <br /> - Cost to us for a 6' section of fence installed was approx $162 (6 * $27/ft final charged price).  <br /> - Retail cost of material is approx $70 (via a google search of several locations, this could vary up or down $10).  <br /> - If one were to guess it took 15 minutes to install a 6' section, and to guess actual labor cost to Lynchburg Fence was about $20/hour/person, then actual labor cost to install a 6' section was approx $10 (2 crew * ($20/hr/4(15 minutes))).  <br /> - Therefore the gross margin per 6' section with labor was approx $82.  ($162 - ($70 + $10) = $82).  <br /> - An $82 gross margin is approx a margin of 51%. <br /> - An average gross margin would be approx 21% (according to iLumen Financial Benchmarking). <br /> - Consequently a possible up charge to my wife around $50 per 6 foot installed section, ((51% - 21%) * 162). <br /> - We had 187' installed or about 31 six foot sections installed so the possible up charge to my wife was approx $1550, (31 * $50). <br /> Even if my estimate of costs and margins above is incorrect by 30%, then the up charge to my wife for just the Aluminum Fence would still be around $1000, so as I said, it appears they did up charge my wife for this job. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"All installations went very well. Mr. Molina supplied all of the materials need to construct four 6ft fences as well as a secured locking entry gate. Excellent work provided with installation was completed on the day/time it was scheduled. I would definitely use his services again and refer him to anyone who may need to have a fence and/or gate installed."

"<p>These guys are great.  I needed a fence installed within my privacy fence in a hurry to prevent one of my dogs getting out.  I lived in the city at the time.  They did it in one day, trained me on how to use the collar, and set the controls.  I also got a free replacement collar for life and replacement batteries for  shipping cost.  The battery on the collar died in two months, they came out that day and replaced it.  The system always worked great and never had any problems with replacing collars and batteries. I have since moved an no longer require this type of fencing for dogs but if I did, they would be the only company I would deal with.  Great family who take pride in what they do and respect the customer.   </p> <br />"

"I found All Washed Up on Angie's List and decided to give them a try due to their excellent ratings. David was easy to work with on the phone and had them do an estimate that day. There wasn't much to that process. So far as we can tell they drove by slowly in a van just to get a look at the house. I was sent an estimate in my email and was able to approve it online. I was surprised to not hear back from them in the next few business days, but when I called to check on it David was very helpful and we had them scheduled to do the work within a few days from that time. The crew was very professional and courteous. Overall the process did not take long, maybe a few hours for all three services combined (siding, gutters, and windows). There was a mix-up where they had washed only the exterior of the gutters and not the interior, but with one phone call to David that was straightened out and they took care of it the next morning. It was an honest mistake, and they were very apologetic for it. Now for the bad. This isn't really their fault, but I wanted to mention a warning to anyone having their exterior windows washed. Make 100% sure that you know EXACTLY how water tight they are. We have three downstairs that were installed by a previous owner. We've never had issues with them leaking, even in heavy rains, so we assumed they were as water tight as any. Never assume anything. Direct pressure from washing is much different than rains, where the roof and gutters redirect the bulk of the water. When they went to wash those, water started pouring in. I had a puddle in the floor, water all over my kids' toys, and water all in our laundry/workbench area. All of this is in a finished basement. From that point on it was a nightmare running back and forth trying to find towels and checking every window to make sure nothing was coming in. Even the newer ones upstairs leaked a bit, and the front door had a puddle. When it was at its worst I asked the guys to hold off on certain areas and they kindly obliged. They are not liable, however, for whether your home leaks. So make sure to be proactive about it. All of that to say, their work is of good quality and the crew is easy to work with. Just make sure you're there when the work is performed and/or that your house won't leak. Also, don't be afraid to go around checking as the work is being performed. They won't be offended. The kids even thought it was fun."

"We are very happy with our project completed by Strong Tower. We needed work done on a remodel to include installing, finishing and painting drywall, installing floors, kitchen cabinets, shower and bath, and lighting. Carlos and his team worked diligently to complete the project well before our deadline. Carlos is very communicative and was great with keeping us informed on his progress and any obstacles he encountered. We are very happy with the quality of the team’s workmanship. They kept the home clean and in order after every day they worked. We previously hired them to install a new side porch as well as add a wire railing system on 3 porches, and we were also very happy with that. We highly recommend Strong Tower Home Improvements and look forward to working with them again!"
