"Marshall just completed washing and painting our concrete patio. He put an extra coat of paint on it and it looks beautiful. He was meticulous in his manner of work, friendly and professional. In addition, he dug out with his fingers the old broken pieces of mortar between the bricks on our front walk way consisting of approx. 900 bricks. He then put all fresh mortar between the bricks. Of course, he did all this after thoroughly washing the walk way. His professional and tedious work resulted in the walk way looking almost like it was put in here a few days ago. He will be back to put a seal on the bricks at a later date. Thoroughly satisfied withe excellent quality of his work and friendly, respectful attitude. Many neighbors of ours have commented how much better our patio and walkway look. We will be calling him again for additional work. That is if he has any time available because he is in demand."

No cabinets were wiped out or vacuumed. Exterior of fridge wasn?t touched at all, still had years worth of dust on the top. The inside of both the microwave and oven weren?t even touched. Those are just the major items? no need to list out everything here. The one thing that showed a night and day difference was the carpet but still that didn?t look amazing. I paid for a deep clean move out service and instead got a surface level clean you?d expect from a normal cleaning. Not satisfied at all as I?ll have to have someone else come fix what they didn?t do before a tenant can move in. Reached out to Carlos to discuss the issues but no response from him after payment was sent. Not sure how that is helpful with retaining customers but whatever. I?d give zero stars if I could."
