"I hired Orson Construction to put together a patio set that I bought on Bed Bath & Beyond. The reviews on the patio set said it was “fairly easy to put together.” Turns out that wasn’t the case. Lots of little parts, and it took longer than expected. Although they bid a certain number of hours, and it took two hours longer, Orson Construction still honored their original bid. And they did a very thorough job. They even took extra time to ensure the fire pit was operational before they left, as well as putting on all of the additional screw cover ups for a more polished look…all of this despite it being way past the number of hours originally bid. They could’ve cut corners when it went past the time bid, but they didn’t. It’s clear that they take pride in doing the job right. And they are also genuinely nice people to deal with. I will definitely use them again. "
