"Ronaldo will provide feedback which is nice. When I insisted that they leave the block edging where the new beds were added he expressed a couple times that he thought it would look better without, I eventually saw it and was glad he suggested it. His crew also added a cute little circular rock area when they extended the bed and some of the rocks weren't needed."

"Narrow Lane Landscaping are great! They are a family business and do a terrific job. I’ve been with them for years and am disabled and rely on them to get my aide into my house and me out by 6:30 a.m. (early in the morning!). I have had the same crew for years so they know what is important to me in terms of priorities, etc. I have severe osteoporosis and need to walk every day so they need to get the snow off down to the pavement and they do. They also do wonderful landscaping and yard work in the spring and summer. [*** Link removed ***] 617-620-3795. Narrow Lane Landscaping"

"I was completely blown away by the work that we had done. Lisa, who was the designer was very attentive and quick to return emails and really put a lot of thought into my project. She always responded to emails within an hour and was very honest with me when it came to ideas that i had for the project. She provided a detailed drawing of my property with her ideas for plantings, stepping stones, etc. this made my life very easy by not having to imagine what she was thinking. PJ, who was the foreman on the job was also a great guy and on top of things. He always had my best interests in mind when giving his opinion about grading the yard and what would be best for my children, which was my highest priority. Walter was one of the workers who did a lot of the grading and he was also in constant communication with me. Walter and PJ came up with, and implemented a swing-set area that doubled as a retaining wall to bring up the grade on the lower side of my yard and it came out amazing. We had some irrigation issues at first because some areas were being over-watered. Nick, who was in charge of the irrigation came out to my house multiple times, after all of the work had already been paid for, to make sure that my timers were taken care of and the grass remained in tip-top shape. After paying in full, I still got immediate responses from all parties in this company and they provided immediate solutions within a day or two. They could have put me on the back burner to handle current customers, but they remained attentive to my needs. I plan to use them for cleanups and for all of my fertilizing. I highly recommend this company to everyone."

"Roberto and his team were great. We hired them to install Sod on our property. We got a fair proposal quickly and they were able to complete the work in record time. The work is great and the neighbors said we must have hired great landscapers because it looks awesome."

"I'm not going to lie, Diego and his crews is hardworking people and did a great job on landscaping. Prices is little bit high?... but I'm not sure since I don't know anything about landscaping. I am happy with my results. Definitely, hiring them again to do my next fence."

"I appreciate the excellent service provided by New Dawn & Landscape Construction which included building a flower bed and building rock landscape by utilizing the excess rocks . Creating amazing rock landscape. Also redoing my front yard removing all the old grass and replacing it with sod Than replacing my pony yard with mulch. And redesigning my walk way pavement. They were very attentive and followed every detailed to letter and enhance my ideas. And was willing to listen . I would recommend them to my neighbors and families . Due to your diligence that restored my property."

"Victor did an amazing job on my yard. I was in need of landscape services quickly and he started the job right after he gave me the estimate. I was beyond impressed. He is extremely professional and I plan on continuing to use his services. The fact that he is a tree service and landscape service was what caught my attention. Have already recommended him to friends."

"Provider did everything I asked for and was very attentive to my needs. Provider was more than happy to come back for any finishing touches. The work done was excellent, and I would recommend them, both with landscaping and snow removal. General yard clean-up was great. Snow removed to my exacting specifications. I am picky about my snow removal, and Ruiz landscaping delivers!"
