"Our irrigation pump failed, and John (the owner) and his son Nick worked very hard to figure out what caused it. They tested the well to ensure we had sufficient water (which we did). John heard a small vacuum leak in the wellhead, which probably caused the pump to lose prime and run dry. They replaced the leaky pipe and installed a new pump to replace the 17 year old pump that failed. John is an expert in all things well, and it was inspiring to see him and his son working together to solve our problem!"

"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! "Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. "Excellent service. I had a sump pump system put in 10 years ago by Rescon. Never had any problems with it, worked great. This weekend with all the rain the pump stopped working. I called there emergency line and a service technician called me back in less than an hour. They were at my house in less the 2 hours fixing my pump. They did charge me an emergency dispatch fee for the service call but I guess that s expected on a weekend. Overall it was excellent service and I am very happy I chose this company."

"They tried to push for the most expensive solution at $900 x 2 toilets ($1,800) instead of the chosen solution at $299 to repair both toilets. The problem has been fixed and should stay fixed for at least one year. I did think that $299 was a bit steep for the work performed but they were able to come next day when my regular plumber told me I'd have to wait 7 days."
