"It went great, in fact better than we were expecting! Sam came out to our home exactly when he said he would be there and gave us an estimate that was in line with other estimates we had received. He was very thorough in explaining all the steps they would take to ensure we got a great product and answered all the questions we had. The team worked quickly removed the old broken concrete and created all new outdoor hardscapes adding an new expanded patio, new walkways, and a new RV/boat parking area. "I was really impressed by Bruce and Keith (finisher and foreman). Bruce rearranged his schedule to give me a bid since we live on the Olympic Peninsula. We had a lot of weather delays due to snow and rain but at the earliest opportunity Keith and his team got the prep and pour done in two work days. It was a technically difficult job with the location of an existing catch basin but the work was done with great attention to detail. In my experience they always kept their word and responded promptly. Their team was fast and clean and the quality of this job raised the appearance of the entire property.
