We are very selective about our team and in our rare circumstance as a company, the general contractor, is onsite performing a good percentage of excavation, storm water management, septic, concrete, framing and finishes. We have a unique approach with full transparency where money is spent. The customer has their foot on the gas petal/brake throughout the entire build.
