This was NOT my experience with JDI windows. Rex, the co-owner, is a straight forward businessman who stands behind his product and doesn't try to over-sell it to you. "Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range."
