"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. "When Adam came to inspect the roof, he came prepared and presented the GAF Timberline AS II, a Class 4 hail resistant shingle. It is the top of the line. He explained and showed samples of different levels of protection for different classes of shingles. I saw they where Certified by GAF as Master Elite installers. The installation of this shingle included the air circulation system/roof vents that will help keep the house cooler in the summer. Higher quality materials and protection under the shingles with Class 4 hail resistant shingles made this an easy choice. Included is the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty - 50 yrs of coverage/protection including materials and labor. Home Owners Insurance will now go down and that alone will pay for the upgrade over the previous shingle. A very efficient crew of installers worked almost non-stop to finish the roof in one day. Finishing touches were done the next day along with final clean-up. Yes, I RECOMMEND DABELLA FOR ANY ROOFING NEEDS. They are professionals. You get what you pay for, I think I got a little more!!"
