"Angelo was true to his word. When he promised a quote or call back, he did so in the time frame he provided. In addition, he was quick to do the job and worked around my schedule for both the initial visit and the job itself. The price was very competitive with other roofers I sourced. I ended up going with Guardian Roofing because of Angelo's top notch customer service and their raving reviews. The workers took pictures throughout the process and provided us with the pictures so we can see exactly what was done. Our neighbors were even impressed with the repair work done. Guardian had to remove siding and shingles in order to properly fix my balcony. They replaced everything perfectly - you would never know they had removed it in the first place. The guys who did the job cleaned up after themselves and were friendly. I highly recommend Guardian Roofing and I am looking forward to doing business with them again. Thanks to Guardian I know am able to safely and confidently utilize my balcony. There was no guessing with them and nothing to question. No hidden fees."

"Justin and Michael were quick to respond to a request for a quote on my roof, we had a leak. They inspected our roof and provided us a couple or options that fit what we need and our budget. They repaired the damage within a couple of days. The quality in their craftsmanship shows, it's rained several times since they repaired our roof and the leak has not come back. Their honesty was refreshing and the pride took in their work showed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services."

"Purchased a new multi-flat house to live in and rent, and what we hoped were small issues in the roof ended up being big ones that necessitated a new roof or a repair. They explained both options (repair or new roof) fully and carefully, and were extremely transparent about the cost, the ideal solution, but also what would work for a while. Because the property we purchased also ended up having mold issues, doing the job the right way was our priority, and we went with the new roof. Alsip were *extremely* responsive and worked hard to fit us in before more bad weather hit, which we really really appreciated. Because we were not able to be present for the install, they sent us a ton of before, after, and in-process pictures as well. We'd go with them again in a heartbeat for any roof projects (we're intending to do a green roof down the road and will be calling Alsip first), and encourage everyone else to do the same."

"This company was the only one of many to identify, find, and repair a problem leak in the roof. Very experienced and knows roofing."

"Bob the Builder Inc. is an excellent company. They are professional and do outstanding work. Wes came to my home and checked out my roof damage quickly. tom walked me through the filing of an insurance claim. Robert their Master carpenter and his crew does excellent work. Their crew quickly and thoroughly gave me a new roof, gutters, vents and a solar attic fan. I was impressed how clean they left my property everything was hauled away. I would not hesitate to use them again in fixing or remodeling my home."

"What a seamless, smooth experience working with Walter at Vald Roofing. The customer service was great, the quote was very competitive, and they were always on time. They came out to give a quote within a day of contacting them. Then, once we signed the contract, Walter and his crew were back to start the project within a week and finished within a couple days. He was always very responsive via email and was able to answer all my questions regarding the work done (in terms I could understand). I also appreciate how they took before, during and after photos (since I cannot see the top of my roof). I highly recommend this company and working with Walter!"

"Wow! My roof looks awesome.. crew very courteous and efficient.. did my entire roof in one day and they cleaned up everything! Highly recommend!"

"Miguel and the AVC team did an awesome job with my home and garage roof repairs! Miguel took the time to educate me regarding the areas of my roof that needed repairing — and he also made certain that I understood why some previously suggested repairs/estimates (from other companies) were unnecessary and would not address my specific roof issues. Miguel and the AVC team did such an exceptional job that I have already recommended them to a family member… and when my home and garage is ready for a new roof, I will definitely hire Miguel and the AVC team for the job! ~Ron H."

"Appreciated that they gave me options to repair my roof. Other contractors did not. They were very responsive when it came to providing an estimate and getting the work done. Great value for the money."

"Our roof was damaged in the storm. After looking on Angie we were quickly contacted by a number of companies, AWG was the most professional, they were fast and their fee was fair. EDITED: 2 months later one of the chimney caps was blown off the roof, yes it was windy but NOT stormy and there had been stronger winds since the installation, this makes me question if the chimney cap was properly installed. According to them to replace it will take TWO men, and a brand new chimney cap for nearly half the cost of the total original repair. I was able to reshape with chimney cap and do believe it can be reused. But the condo owners all question whether or not it was properly installed. I will not try to slam the company but I do question the quality of the installation."
