"Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. They diagnosed the issue stating we needed to get the main sewer line ( about 1-3 feet) replaced and they would need to dig a huge hole in the basement and etc.. Estimate was more than a small car. I called around to a few other companies and got more expensive quotes. I called A1 Patrick's Plumbing & Sewer Services - Plumbing Contractor & Plumbing Installation and he came out the same night ( last tuesday) and gave me a resonable quote for the same services. When I tell you I am so glad I called this man. My house is 70 years old and my family has lived here for 26 years. This sewer line was CLOGGED... his team dug the hole, replaced the pipes, cleaned them out and discovered tree roots and 4 feet of stuff that shall not be named. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."

"Water, Water, Water all over the place especially flooding my outside porch area leading to my front door. The water was accompanied by a low level pungent order. Being a DIY person, I sprang into action. Pulled out the auger and went to work. From a standing puddle to stinky waves was the result. I needed help. While talking about Singapore street food, the Chef did not miss a beat as he quickly changed utensils. Now a slightly bigger auger was dancing down the sewer pipe. The talk of Singapore fine dining was interrupted by the sound of successful auger punch through. Yes, the job was finished and done right. But the most amazing thing the Chef did was make time to follow up on his work. Birds of a feather flock together. I would like to think The Chicago Sewer Experts company is ripe with skilled journeymen the caliber of Chef Jonathan. Employees who care about excellent workmanship with a sense of pride and humor. "Pablo and his son were very professional and respectful of my property and adhered to the covid-19cdc guidelines. My bathtub was totally clogged and my toilet tank was leaking. Pablo rodded the pipe from the bathtub drum to the basement; he had a heck of a time removing the drum cap as it was several inches below the floor. But he did it and he also replaced the cap!! He also replaced the toilet fill valve and the water shutoff valve. The tub was still draining slowly, so he tried clearing it with chemicals I had. The tub continues to drain slowly, but I still give Pablo very high marks for the work he did."
