"I called Affordable Fence in April about repairing or replacing a split-rail fence I had had for several years around two sides of my yard. Mr. Sterrett came out on 4/25, and we walked around my yard and discussed the possibilities. We agreed that the best plan would be to replace the fence with a chain-link fence. He sent me an estimate, and I agreed to it. Originally, they were scheduling for the second week of July. But it turns out they had an earlier opening. On June 25, the crew came out and removed the old fence. They came back the next day and installed the new one. All went smoothly and efficiently. I am completely satisfied, and would recommend Affordable Fence to anyone. The price quoted below includes the cost of the chain-link fence plus $160 for removal of the old split-rail fence."

"One of the best companies I have ever done business with. Great Pricing, Professional, and Punctual. We got our estimate on the spot (no wait like the other guys). Our fence turned out better than imagined. All the pickets are lined up perfectly and the runs are very straight, even with our far from flat yard. All posts set in concrete, fastened with screws, all cuts are straight and look great. The lumber they used is very high quality, not the bowed/twisted stuff you find at the box stores these days. A+ Work. Absolutely no complaints. The only company we will call for our fencing needs in the future."

"Mr. Adams came to my house to take measurements. He called later with an estimate. We agreed on a time for installment. I was happy to know I didn't need to be at home while he installed the fence and I felt confident he would complete the work as I asked without my being there. He installed the high qualilty fence in one day. I absolutely love it! <br />"

"I'm happy with the end result of the fence but their communication was non-existent and overall customer experience was at best, so-so. The fence itself looks great. They had to push back the start by a few days. That wasn't a big deal. The job was supposed to be 2-3 days but turned into a full week. They explained it was because of the slope of the lawn and additional work to get the fence sections to angle correctly. That confused me because they came out and looked at it prior to provide the quote. They cut my, and my neighbor's, at&t lines. It wasn't their fault since the lines weren't marked but it wasn't until I came outside and told them that my cable was down that they said "oh yeah, we hit this line but figured it wasn't live." Why wouldn't they have come to me immediately and told me? It was the end of the project and tying up loose ends that were the main issues I had. After they had supposedly finished I put together a punch list of items that needed to be taken care of. This includes: * post caps and picket caps not glued properly * gates not aligned properly * gate locks installed upside down * gate bracket on outside of fence * fence sections too tight or too loose Had they taken care of all of these items after I contacted them I would have been happy. The problem is there was no communication. I would go to the backyard and notice that 1 or 2 things had been done but not all even though there had been no communication that they were coming, or came, what they did, when they'll be back, etc. I emailed them again asking for info and clarifying what still remained. I had emails sent from the owner that made me think everything was getting taken care of but, again, I would find 1 thing done, but not all, and no communication. The installation was started the first week of July and the final punchlist wasn't completed until some time in September. They offered to take $100 off my total cost for my issues, a 1.7% discount. Like I said, the fence looks good and I hope that it was installed well but the poor customer service makes me not want to do business with them again. Perhaps this is common in the fence installation industry but it left a bad taste in my mouth."

"We lost the top part of a dead tree during a windstorm and needed it cleaned up and the rest removed. We had worked with Ennis Tree & Lawn in the past, so we called them back out. The team was there that day to assess the damage. They also assessed some other trees that we were worried about and in the end we decided to have 4 removed. Josh and his team worked the first half of the job into an opening in their schedule, getting the potentially dangerous trees down sooner than expected, then kept in touch with us so we knew when the second half would be done (basically waiting for the weather to dry out). When I inquired about removing a stump, Josh quoted me a price, but warned me against doing it, as it would serve to slow erosion on the hill until we decided what sort of landscaping we wanted to do. The people I've dealt with from Ennis are friendly and knowledgeable, letting you know what you need to know but never pushing a sale. I will certainly call them back if I have other work along these lines that needs doing."

"Once I got the owner and crew here - it took 3 months - Tom had some great ideas, including having the fence actually follow the very rough terrain. He knew the fence was to contain my 3 dogs safely and securely, allow a view of my large 50x 80 ft pond thru the fence, have a height of 5 feet and be attractive. He accomplished all that, hands down. It was worth the wait. I would definitely hire him again and have recommended him to my friends. <br />"

"We had a great experience with Sure Seal Restorations! we called Derek who returned our call right away. He came by at hours that were convenient to our crazy work schedules to show us the products that would be used and answered all of our questions prior to the work being done. It took very little time to get the roof replacement scheduled and the roof was replaced in one day. The crew was tidy, cleaned up everything and was kind to my plants and garden. The gutter team came another day and the gutter guard guys finished up the last day. Everything was left clean and the job was done beautifully. Derek even assisted us in picking a roof color because it was not an easy decision and it turned out nicely. He is now helping us find copper gutter guards for the two small copper roofs we have.
