Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. The last plumber didn't eve care to share this, or even do it. I will not go ANY OTHER PLACE than Service Professor for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. PERIOD. No one else compares!"

"I had tried to do the fix myself and he told me I had pretty much gotten it correct, but there were a few tricks to it. He showed me what I had done incorrectly so next time I could fix it myself. He also showed me where the shut off valve for the main water was - an important item! He also informed me that I could get free replacement parts from the manufacturer since there was a lifetime guarantee. Overall, it was a bit pricey for a simple leaky faucet, but the $35 coupon from Angie's List helped (otherwise it would have been $158).

"All Around Plumbing came to my house to fix a problem with the utility sink in the basement. The drain from the washing machine leads into the sink and it appeared to be clogged with lint. I plunged it, attempted to snake it, and used copious amounts of Drano, all to no avail. I called Chad, told him the problem, and they came out the next day. Dan, the "drain guy" was very courteous, arrived on time, and fixed the problem within three minutes. He plunged one side of the sink after plugging the other side of the sink (it's an old cement double-sided sink), and voil?, it worked! Only wish I would have realized that I should have plugged the other side of the drain before calling the plumber (so if this is your problem, try that first so you can save some money). It cost a total of $135 for clearing the drain, and to be fair, that was the price Chad had quoted over the phone."
