Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. "Steve and his team were fantastic. He showed up to do the measurements, gave us a quote and when we agreed on the price, they ordered the materials. The materials took about 3 weeks to come in, and they setup the days to work the very next week. Steve's team were punctual, professional and did a wonderful job. We get rave reviews about our fence. The job took about 2 - 2.5 days and we live on very rocky soil. 50% deposit is due at time of booking, and the remaining amount is due after completion. I would definitely recommend Oneonta Fence and would not hesitate to use them again. They also came in just about 2k less than the Lowe's pricing estimate for the same job with a lower quality fence. "the provider works alone. he is very cautious about safety around the work site. He works with the owner and /or rep for the owner. he tells how to do it, with what materials, and then does it. If this is a disagreement, he will rectify his plan to accommodate the owners wishes, or inform the owner why it can,t be done this way. The provider used all screws and lags to secure supports to the roof as well as the bottom/or anchor plates. In a project like this, it's key to have a solid structure supporting the roof , so that future repairs can be made without fear of destabilization. This provider did just that. I spot checked his work as he went on working on the project. looked very good. This provider will inform you if something is not right before he remedies the situation . Communication is essential in any construction project between the owner/rep and the provider. This provider will ask you before he executes an action/and or remedies the problem. so the Caveat is good repoure between the provider and the owner, or his representative. Without it you will have unsuspected problems, and disappointments. <br />"
