"I have been extremely satisfied with this company. The supervisor is outstanding. He is honest, prompt and a good communicator. In 2017 they did some major repair work by replacing replacing wood in the eaves and paneling on the second floor of my house which is wood outside and was built in the early 1970s. They also painted the entire outside of the house. Since then I have used them for home improvements such as bathroom remodeling, replacing a window and wood frame, putting in a drain in the back yard and work in the kitchen replacing stove hood. The work is first class, the crew is courteous and efficient. They do a lot of different types of work on a house and I am very fortunate to have found them and would highly recommend them to you."

"They were punctual and thorough. Design was somewhat complex with a large pergola and when there were solutions that needed to be arrived at the communication was excellent. Quality of the construction is very high quality and precise. We have had a lot of work done on our house and one thing that seemed to be a common thread among contractors was that once the sub-contractors got started the contractor would leave. Often-times the subs would take advantage of this and cut corners or do sub-standard work that would have to be done over again. This was not the case with Southern Decks. The brothers that are owner-contractors and make sure that they are present at all times when work is being done. They are very accommodating when there are changes that come up and either do the work or communicate a very fair price for the extra work. They do not take advantage of being in the middle of a project to impose extra charges. The work on the deck infrastructure was so good in its integration with the structure of our house that some areas of the floors inside of the house were notably more stable. It is as if we also received work to further reinforce the subfloor in part of our house for free. I wish there was a way to post pictures here because the deck and pergola is really awesome looking. I would heartily recommend Southern Decks for your deck project."

We liked working with them so much that we also hired them to replace our roof and exteriors doors. They were efficient and used high quality materials. "Honest, professional, extremely great communication in scheduling and confirming. My cabinets were pulling away from the wall! House was only 4 years old at the time. They came in a new how to reattach and brace the cabinets. Tan to get the supplies needed and I had them do the entire kitchen . While there the discovered a live wire on top of the cabinets and took care of that issue for us as well. I have called them back for another repair because the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company. Will definitely use again for future issues."

"Excellent job and excellent customer service. The gentleman was very communicative. The project was a two day job (cleaning and staining our deck, cleaning our roof, and house exterior, and pressure washing our driveway). A few days between Day #1 and Day #2 weren't looking feasible to work because of projected rain, and if memory serves (this was about six months ago), he texted me to let me know he would need to push finishing the job (Day #2) back a few days due to the weather. When the forecast changed, he let me know he would be there that afternoon to complete the job. He was very quick, and the deck, house, and driveway all looked brand new when he was finished. He built special low rise steps for my wife since she is very short. He informed us of everything he was doing and let us know on rainy days when he could not be here.
