"It went as I expected, which is a rare event these days.  Seriously.  I called Appliance Fixx, they were knowledgeable and polite, gave me an appointment.  The service man was on time, knowledgeable, polite, and clean.  He did the job quickly and cleanly.  There was no effort to sell me anything else or make an excuse for being late.  (he wasn't)  There was no trash talk about the competition, or his co-workers etc.  This was me second appliance to have repaired by them and I will call them the next time.

"I had called over a dozen appliance repair places when my refrigerator went out on a Friday. I continued making calls and sending messages on Saturday morning. None of them could get out to even take a look until Monday. Appliance Mobile Repair returned my call that Saturday and was out within 2 hours! It happened to be the compressor and they were even able to locate a new one that day.
