"Very pleasant and very professional. Showed him where the possible leaks were in the garage and around chimney before he went up on the roof. He did a thorough inspection of the entire roof and let us know it was still in good shape and that leak was not coming from the roof. He found a small area around the chimney that needed to be resecured and he fixed that voluntarily at no charge. Since, fortunately, we didn't need any repairs we didn't need their services, but I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future if any work is needed. "They came out and inspected my roof and determined that I had a lot of hail damage and wind damage. Due to supply chain delays, it took a few months before our materials were delivered. Fortunately, we did not have a leak and were not in a rush. Our representative, Gavin, was very good about keeping us notified of how the process was going. They dealt with insurance and the process was pretty easy. When they came out for the replacement, their crew was very fast and did an excellent job. If I recall correctly, the whole process of tear down and replacement took about 3 days, and then another 2 days later on for replacement of the gutters and painting flashing. While I cannot speak for the quality of all the representatives at JDuncanson, I highly recommend Gavin if you are looking at repairing/replacing your roof. We are very happy with how it turned out."
