"Great work and fixed my fence!"

"I needed a fence to keep my horses from getting out on the road via a new gate I'd had installed a few months earlier. (Another company did it.) In May the gate started opening randomly by itself at odd times and my horses were escaping. I had to chain up my new automatic gate, which defeated it's purpose! Apparently the former installer hadn't coded the automatic opener correctly. So in addition to building a new 585 foot three-rail vinyl horse fence that followed my curving driveway from the road to an existing fence around my house, Carlos reprogrammed the faulty fence opener for me. My new fence has two double gates, a 12-foot and a 10 foot. It was completed in less than a week in June. I live south of Dallas and Carlos is in Greenville so it was quite a drive for him. The new fence was a substantial investment, but besides serving the purpose I needed, it is really beautiful. I wish I could attach pictures to this review. My place now reminds one of a championship Thoroughbred farm in Kentucky."

"We just had our 15 year old fence replaced by Housewright. They installed a stained cedar stockade fence. It looks beautiful, my wife and I are so pleased. Tony and his crew showed up at the scheduled time and went directly to work.  The preparation for the painting job is the most important part of the job and they did an excellent job in it.  Loose and cracked paint was removed and smoothed and rotted wood was replaced.  Even though the paint includes a primer, Tony applied a separate primer to the whole house.  The finished paint was applied the next day and it was an excellent job.  Wrought iron trim was removed and painted with special metal paint.  All of the doors were painted inside and out.  Wood trim was painted separately  .After the work was finished the house looked so good.

This is the second job Tony has performed for me.  He is extremely professional and takes great pride in his work.  He gives his clients more than is expected.  He never just cuts the job to save time or money.

"THEY CALLED TO ADVISE THEY WOULD COME OUT ON THURSDAY, JUNE 30 TO REMOVE AND HAUL AWAY THE OLD FENCE AND DIG THE HOLES FOR THE NEW FENCE. THEY ALSO REMOVED AN OLD CONCRETE BLOCK FOR ME! "There are 2 levels in my yard and the lower level is about 4 foot lower than the house so I was looking to put up a fence to prevent my kids from falling accidentally and also as requested by the home insurance policy providers. They were actually  2 of about 4 or so contractors we called that even returned out phone calls! They provided a written quote, left some material about the company and also discussed the work with us. Still deciding if we want to have the fence installed due to the price or just limit the kids to the front yard until they are old enough.
