I received a letter back threatening me with a higher price. I ended up having to pay for his service guy's drive time from an hour away because he was that far away helping his wife with her car. They actually charged me for that instead of from the shop near me as I was told. Do NOT recommend at all!! The only nice thing I have to say is that he did my service within a day of my call."

"The installation was ok with the exception of the wiring entry point into my garage. The pvc pipe was installed half way up the wall. Cosmetically, it does not look well at all. The entry should have been kept low to the ground. The installation was done in early winter so the lawn reconditioning was scheduled ti be done in the spring. However, I paid for services last year. I have called tri- country several times to finish my yard. I must hire someone else to level the mounds and fill in the low spots because I recently had back surgery. I have already purchased the dirt, which was additional expense. Other potential customers need know how this company treat its customers. I will be doing a BBB complaint also."
