"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

"The techs that came to do the job - Matt and Ryan - were great  They were on-time, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.  They explained the process to me, and then took extreme care in leveling an area that abutted the foundation, a door, and a large, heavy double gate.  They went the extra mile by adjusting the gate latch so that it would close easily after the concrete was raised.  They also leveled a section of concrete on the walk to my porch - looks brand new.  They cleaned up everything when they were finished.  Everything looks great, the concrete is level with the door jamb again, my gate works better than it did before the work, and they couldn't have been nicer.  <br> <br>NOTE:  Because my job was considered small for this company, Steve Shipley added leveling the section of walk because he said that the area around the door was not a big enough job for their minimum cost!  I really appreciate his honesty and that he told me this and added an additional job.  Thanks, A-1 Concrete! <br> <br>"

"Overall we had a great experience dealing with Exterior. This was the second project we hired them on, so we were familiar with working with them. We were quite particular in whom we selected to take on our project given the unique nature of our home and the ultimate look we wanted to accomplish. From the beginning, Ben did a thorough job of explaining all of the factors we needed to consider in selecting our new windows as well as talking through the steps needed to execute a proper installation. He took extra time to walk us through his quote and explain all of steps involved in the project. We had some custom features we wanted in the windows and on the install, and Exterior did a great job of making that happen. We want to give special kudos to Hillary, the installer/carpenter, for the near flawless job he did on the installation. His craftsmanship, attention to detail and professionalism is top notch. We wish we could find someone like him to do all of the projects at our home."

"It's beautiful. We have a patio, firepit and retaining wall. They were awesome to work with and would recommend to all. They really treat people the way they would treat family. Don't be surprised if you ask them to bid a project, with other contractors bidding as well, and Authentic Stone is the only one to reply. That's your first sign. Don't be surprised if you receive other bids and AS comes in the lowest. That should be your final sign. No subs, they do the work themselves, great communication and job was done in 5 days. "I've had an excellent experience with them. They were excellent. Foundation work is kind of scary and they did a fabulous job of walking me through it and babying me while they were there. They had to do serious digging in the basement and they made very little mess. They cleaned everything up you would never know they were there. I didn't go to anybody else and compare prices I was so happy with them. I just knew this was going to be a costly thing. This wasn't the kind of thing that I was looking for a bargain basement sale price because of the nature of the service. I knew it was going to be expensive and they kind of hit where I thought it was going to be let's put it that way.  I instantly had confidence in these folks. I had follow-up questions after the salesman left and they got back with me right away."

"We first thought we had foundation issues when we noticed stair-step cracking along the front (both right and left sides) of our garage brick veneer. After a foundation company did some digging we came to realize the foundation was good, however the original builder had done us a disservice by not laying the brick on a proper cement block/base or using proper brick ties. Isabel came within 2 hours of contacting him to see if he could help our situation. Over time the brick had dropped and separated from the wall itself and was, in time, going to simply fall. He suggested to properly repair all the damage (it was fairly extensive on both sides of the front wall) he would have to demo the entire wall up to the gable and start over with a proper base for the brick. He would dig to see if there were proper footers/a base for the brick to start stacking, possibly pour a proper concrete support, rebuild the wall - matching the existing brick, and repair our concrete walkway that was partially pulled up by the foundation company upon their investigation. We met with Isabel and Revis on Tuesday, the following day a crew showed up first thing in the morning and the job was done by the end of the week. They addressed every concern we had along the way. The crew was even able to save all the existing trim and most materials to save on cost. Overall we are VERY pleased with the quality work that was done as well as how quickly they were able to start/finish the job! And, his bid was FAR less than 2 others we received as well :) <br />"
