They dug up the tree, used a bobcat to lift the huge root ball, carried it around to the backyard, dug a new hole and placed the tree in the hole the way I asked them to. <br /> Transplant (3) spirea to area near utility boxes, this one was a little more confusing. Instead of more (3) spirea bushes, they moved (2) and a different one and left one of the spireas'. When my wife got home, she mentioned that the wrong bush had been moved. I contacted the company the next day and they sent several workers to correct the issue. <br />"

"The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."

"The system it self works fine but it was the damage they did to mu yard and refusal to repair it correctly. I was told that if I give a negative report about this company they will not honor my warranty. And so far they have kept their word. I requested that someone come out and adjust the heads as they are watering my neighbors lawn. No one had returned my email. We have many mis agreements and I got loud with one of the techs they came out to fix the yard because he told me to go in the house and let him work in my yard. I told him to leave. They left large cracks all throughout the yard. Some of them you can fit your hand into. The tech came out with one bag of dirt to repair the lawn and I advised him that was not enough. I have photos of my yard if anyone want to see. If they had just fix the cracks, everything else was ok. They credited $300 back to my card but I advised them that I wanted my yard fix and I did not ask for any money back."
