The job is beautiful, sturdy and he cleaned up at finish. <br /> Joe and his son really work at it. He didn't use the prefab panels put together with staples. He framed the job first with 4x4 posts set in concrete, used 2x4 Xpcs. and nailed each picket individually. Very impressive! They are both very personable and competent. <br />"

"Mixing old with new always tends to lend to PROBLEMS, especially  in construction. We had ordered the same fencing that had been installed prior (years earlier) to add to that fence. Dan's fence did agree to do the installation even though he would not normally consider installing another companies product.  Since the fence had been installed years before we purchased the property and it was still available, Steve Magee, owner of Dan's Fence Co. agreed to help us with our project. What we did not know is while it still had the same name that company had changed the dimensions enough to cause multiple installation problems. These problems were not discovered till the original sections had been removed and we were committed.  I must say while very frustrated, Steve, was wonderful of sticking it out and finding the solution.  It took allot of extra work, time and imagination but he was able to complete the job to our satisfaction.  <br /> Steve was great to work with, with each new problem he stayed calm and pleasant. He always presented several options for me to choose from. <br />"

"<p> Was very quite to respond to inquiry and came within 1 day to give estimate and make recommendations to change direction of some downspouts to improve standing water issues -- specifically a situation that was causing water in the house at one door.  Installation happened within two weeks.  Left worksite very clean.  All water issues were resolved. </p> <p><br /></p> <p>Looking forward to having them do new siding within 1-2 years!!</p> <br />"

"The technician was on time and professional. He climbed up on the roof and examined it. He reported that there was no damages, but a couple of shingles needed repair. He repaired the loose shingles for no charge This service gave me great confidence in the firm. I would use them in the future."

"They came out to the house a couple of times to check exactly what sections of concrete needed to be repaired and to take measurements. Their work was very good, precise and looks wonderful. They could have just made a standard, straight L-shaped sidewalk from the back yard to the front of the house, but they curved the sidewalk and slanted it for drainage away from the house and it looks wonderful. We also had them put up a retaining wall beside the sidewalk since our property is downhill from our neighbor's house and we needed a wall to hold back the soil. I asked them to make the retaining wall the same multi-color tan brick as our house. They did sub-contract this work, but the Heidorn Construction people did oversee the work. They planted new grass above the retaining wall and graded the soil so it would not come over the new retaining wall. The finished retaining wall curves the same as the sidewalk, looks wonderful and we have had many positive comments about how good the sidewalk and retaining wall look. I wish I could upload a picture. <br />"

"Fence has a great appearance. Installers worked diligently and were on time. Total installation took 2 days. Very muddy day and house is new construction with a sod lawn laid sometime last summer. It would have been better had the workmen cleaned up the many large mud deposits around where the posts were set as we've had to work long and hard at removing the mud from the buried sod that was just turning green."

"A piece of our flashing came loose on a second story eave of our house, which happens to be over a very steep driveway.  They came out the next business day and had it repaired quickly.  I would hire them again in the future.  I appreciated the follow-up call the next day just to check in to see if everything was done well. <br />"
