"Overall we had a great experience dealing with Exterior. This was the second project we hired them on, so we were familiar with working with them. We were quite particular in whom we selected to take on our project given the unique nature of our home and the ultimate look we wanted to accomplish. From the beginning, Ben did a thorough job of explaining all of the factors we needed to consider in selecting our new windows as well as talking through the steps needed to execute a proper installation. He took extra time to walk us through his quote and explain all of steps involved in the project. "I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"It was a long process, but David Sugg  kept everything running smoothly.  Since it was such a large project, there were several steps that involved many skilled workers from concrete and bricklayers, electricians, roofers and siding professionals.  For the most part (weather permitting) there were workers here every day till the project was complete.  Of course, none of this would have come together so beautifully if it weren't for the work of the master carpenter Mike Mahoney.  He promised us he would build us a beautiful porch and he was definitely a man of his word!  Not only does he do fine work, he has a work ethic that is hard to find these days.  He was here early and left late.  We appreciated not only his skills, but how polite he was and how clean he kept our yard.   <br /> Overall, the entire experience was very positive.  We would be happy to recommend Pro Finish to anyone looking into a remodeling project. <br />"

"The work went very well.  We had a few rain delays, but that could not be helped.  Also we were coordinating other work with another contractor (see R and R Concrete) that sometimes caused delays. They showed up when expected, excavated one side of the house and dug holes on the other (walk out basement) for the piers.  When finished the yard was repaired as good as could be expected for St Louis summer. I have a little work to do on it now that it has cooled off. I had to have cracks repaired inside and concrete work done on the outside.  The people they recommended did wonderful work. <br />"
