The crew was very professional, did exactly what they said they would do and finished when they said they would. We opted for a water-based finish using the Bona no-dust system. "J&C is very friendly, and detailed. I would give 6 stars for customer service. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to friends. In fact I already have. They were very careful about taking care of dust and filters as well as other things in the house while working. They are dependable, knowledgeable, professional,and communicate to ensure the project is understood and on time. They left the house clean everyday and did I say dependable? I have never left an online review before so trust me and use J&C flooring for your wood floor refinishing. For me to work with a contractor and not feel ripped off is a big deal. You won't be disappointed!"
