"Tom did our property last year….the entire property, from tearing up a poorly done yard by Kay Builders and completely replacing with it new sod, to building us a wonderful stone patio with lighted block seating walls. "Excellent! We needed 4 Timber Retaining Walls that were jointly owned by 6 households (10 people) torn down & Replaced with Stone Retaining Walls. (Not an easy feat with multiple households, one being out of state for an extended period.) However, the paperwork was managed easily by A & J Excavation. All signatures were obtained electronically and work was able to begin. At the jobs completion, everyone was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. Several of us intend on using then again next year for other projects on our homes. Honest, great prices, quality materials, excellent finished product, a 1 year warranty, and easy to work with. "This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"I called for a quote for repointing brick on the 87 year old house, that I purchased 5 years ago. John and his team arrived on a Tuesday morning and after a few hours, it was determined that there were structural problems with the brick, to where, if left untouched, my outer walls would repointing became 5 times more expensive. Two days later, a crack in the foundation which lead from the basement to the outside wall was discovered. A French drain was installed, the crack sealed and project complete. The workers worked on my house for 6 days, including Saturday. The overall fees were 10 times the original quote for the simple repoint, but now this home is structurally sound. The main reason I decided to go with John was because he seemed to be honest and up front and I have a warranty for 25 years, which will transfer, should I sell this home in 10 yrs."

"Excellent!! The project took a total of 5 days (not including time for the paver manufacturer to get the pavers in stock). Mr. Amaya spent most of the time getting the foundation right. He put in two layers of crushed stone, the lower layer was of large stones, and the upper layer was fine-crushed stone. He spent an entire day getting the upper foundation just right. The pavers speak for themselves. He put in 22 concentric rings, and every block was precisely placed. Lastly, I was impressed by his honesty. When I gave him his final payment, he told me I overpaid by $300, and gave the money back."

"They really did an exceptional job. The deck rebuild was a complicated job. The deck wasn’t built correctly originally so CM Contracting had to extensively modify the structure. They really did a great job. The deck looks really great, and I think I now have the strongest deck in the Lehigh Valley. The chimney work was a big concern of mine going into the job. The previous owner of the house let the chimney cap rust, and the rust stains ran down the Dryvit. It really looked bad. Chris worked with his paint supplier to get the color to match perfectly. He had Sherwin Williams out to my house on several occasions because Chris wanted it done right. It far exceeded my expectations, and now looks perfect. The caulking and power washing all went well too. I would highly recommend CM Contracting. Chris is very responsive. We would communicate often via phone or txt. His crew is great too. Very polite and friendly."
