"The overall result is great and Personal Pride was very willing to work with us on price to make sure we met our budget. I think with all construction projects there can be hiccups along the way. My husband is a perfectionist and on occasions there were some miscommunications but in the end, Personal Pride worked diligently to resolve any issues. I work from home so I was around for the majority of the construction and I felt very comfortable with all the subcontractors used on our project. One note pertaining the subcontractors, on a couple occasions they left the key from the lockbox in our door  in the outside deadbolt which was a minor safety concern for me. This could be because I was home and they didn't feel the need to lock up. Beside that minor issue, all people coming and going in my house were friendly and on time and cleaned up after themselves.

This time, I had him paint my 2 level deck, do some siding on the 3 season porch, paint my garage door and haul away a lot of junk from my garage.
