"Superb workmanship! Recently, I removed some very old brown wall paneling from two rooms and hallway in my older home. The drywall behind the paneling was not taped, most corners were crooked, and some corners had a least a one inch gap or more! Marty was fair about his price, but the best thing he did was to put Javier on my project! Javier was an excellent, efficient worker, who had a pleasant attitude. I could tell Javier felt confident to cover the large gaps between the walls, he listened to my concerns, he was detailed oriented, he was organized moving quickly between rooms waiting for plaster to dry, and he was committed to getting the job done, which he had to stay late to complete! Javier has the craftsmanship that I wish all worker would have. Don't forget to ask for Javier for your project!"

"Once we agreed to go with JC Construction, they set a date to repair the roof.  On the agreed to date the come out and repaired the roof, but failed to tell us when they would be out to complete the interior work.  After several weeks, they called and set a date to do the interior repair.  They came out on that date and did the interior repair.  The quality of their work was very good, their initial response and repair was prompt and their crews were professional.  Our only issue was the uncertainty regarding the timing of the exterior and interior repair, which in hind sight, I probably could have prevented by contacting them more often."

"Jack Sanders has probably done at this point close to $11,000 of work. They do an excellent job. They respect the people; they respect the property. I couldn't recommend them higher. They've done both interior and exterior. We have a 3,200 square foot home so they painted the entire interior of the home. Well, actually the last job I didn't even get a price on. I shopped his worked when he did the exterior and he came in about middle ground. I never take the lowest bidders. I don't know how you guys look at it, but the cheapest price is never really the best price. He wasn't the lowest price, but he was worth every penny. The guy has been in business I think 34 years. The crew that did the interior there were six guys. The guy with the least seniority had seven years with him, the most senior had 32 years with him, so he's been with him almost since he started. In order to keep employees, you have to compensate them well obviously, and also they're only keeping people because they're good not because you have an employee. So it shows his ability to manage his business. He's well known in the industry, he does more than residential, he does commercial and industrial as well and he has an excellent rep."

"Mike, the owner, first came out to review the project and give us an estimate. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The bid came promptly (the same day) and we accepted it. Mike worked around our schedule, as we were having new floors and baseboards installed by others, as well. Mike's crew arrived promptly, as per our agreed upon schedule, and were a pleasure to work with. Richard, Joey, Mike and Abel were very professional, friendly, and went beyond our expectations to make us happy. They did a great job of preparation - masking off and using drop cloths, and cleaning up the job site each day. After the job was complete and paid for, we found some things that needed "touch-up". Mike was very responsive and sent Joey out to take care of any issues we had. The painting looks great - like a new home now.
