"I had the pleasure of working with Southern Magnolia Fence, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. My red cedar fence was installed in late November 2024, and the project was actually completed ahead of schedule with exceptional craftsmanship. Rick and Dennis were magnificent—professional, engaging, and prompt every step of the way. Fast forward to mid-August, when I noticed one of the cedar boards supporting my gate hinge had split. I wasn’t sure if it was from constant use or maybe a strong gust of wind, so I called Rick and Dennis to take a look. Within just a couple of days, they had a crew out to assess the issue. It turned out that the damage was actually caused by my lawn crew’s riding mower hitting the fence. Even though the break wasn’t Southern Magnolia’s responsibility, they didn’t hesitate—they went ahead and replaced the broken board. And not only that, while they were there, they noticed two other boards with minor damage and replaced those as well, at no cost. That kind of customer care speaks volumes. In a world where many companies look to shift blame, Southern Magnolia Fence stands out for doing the right thing and going above and beyond for their customers. They are truly all about quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Southern Magnolia Fence to anyone looking for a trustworthy, top-notch company. Rick, Dennis, and their team are simply the best"

"Good work and love the gate"

"It was perfect. He was friendly and he was very convenient for me."

"They did a very good job. They were quick and I am very happy with the work that they did for me."

"Other than a late start the team was focused and knowledgeable. They took great care to cleanly remove the damaged flooring and professionally install the replacement. It should be notes that the old flooring was incorrectly glued, making the task very tedious and difficult. The result is that you can't tell where the repair is without knowing its location. Well done."
