"This was one of the worst remodeling experiences I?ve ever had. I was completely oversold on what they could deliver. I hired them for a bathroom remodel and was promised a spa-like retreat. What I got instead looked like a cheap hotel bathroom. The price was outrageous. They pitched me at around $38,000, and I agreed because I thought I was getting a high-end, premium product. That was absolutely not the case. The materials and design options were extremely limited. They only work with one brand, and they push it aggressively like a bad timeshare presentation. To make matters worse, the price didn?t even include the vanity or any accessories. I had to provide all of that myself. For nearly forty grand, that is completely unacceptable. The workmanship was okay, not great. They were in and out in a day, which was convenient, but it clearly came at the cost of quality. There are spots where the work looks rushed and careless. This is a $15,000 bathroom at most."

Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
