"Excellent experience, top to bottom.
They came on Friday to pack and on Saturday for the move.  A very tiny negative was that they were late both days, about 20 minutes on Friday and 40 minutes on Saturday, but they were so efficient it didn't really matter.  I can't say our old house was all that well organized, but it didn't bother them at all and they were great at getting everything packed.  They were so efficient that they got the house all packed up on Friday and the stuff 3/4 loaded into the trucks. 
Moving is a very stressful experience, but they made it as nice a situation as they could.  Everyone in the crew was polite, friendly, and respectful.
For all the work they did it was a very good price.
There were two very minor problems: the glass on one picture got cracked, for which they gave us an immediate $20 credit on our bill, and one clothing wardrobe was poorly packed, with just a pile of tossed in clothes instead of everything hung up - but that was one out of like six or seven.
On the flip-side, they moved my model railroad layout and it came through in perfect condition.
I would highly recommend them, and would use them again (though I hope I don't have to move again any time soon ;) ).
