"It went well. We have the old fashioned wood storm windows which had been painted in. The workers stuck with it and got them all out, repaired some painted them and put them all back. They were very punctual and did an excellent job. The only advice I would give is to be very specific about what the quote includes. We were surprised that the quote to "paint the exterior" did not include the front porch or the garage doors. We realized we were paying extra for those services when the invoice was presented. To be fair, the storm windows probably took more time than anticipated. I would not have minded paying for that."
