He provides quality work and is willing to come back if something isn't right, which he did when I suspected a problem with a ceiling fan; that was ultimately a product issue rather than an install problem. Nick knows his products and is willing to make recommendations. I recommended him to a local business that my wife works for and she told me he got the job done and the price was below the estimate. "We had Shawn come to our home to install a ceiling fan in our living room with a raised ceiling. He was very kind, courteous, honest, and very professional. He knew what he was doing and made me feel assured of the quality of his work. One catch though is that WireOne has an initial dispatch fee and then works off of a standard pricing sheet so my particular install got quite expensive. The pricing sheet covers almost any imaginable service/job and scenario that they could do but definitely seems to favor them (probably factoring in most time expected to complete the work, worst case in supply cost, etc.); but as a customer you know upfront exactly what the cost will be and can choose whether to do it or not. They offer great quality work and you know they're doing everything right, but you may end up paying for it depending on the service/job that you're looking for."

"They were extremely professional. They knew exactly what we were talking about when we said what we wanted and gave us a good price. They didn't come exactly when they said they would, but as soon as they realized they would be late because their prior job was harder than expected, they called ahead. We had plenty of time to reschedule our day. We had them install three fans, including new fan control switches, and all three fans are solidly in place with no glitches. Overall, this was a great experience and I'll probably head straight for them the next time I need electrical work done."

"The short answer is that Adam and Pat are excellent. The long answer is as follows: we needed our kitchen remodeled/repaired after water mitigation services left us with a gutted kitchen and at least a two month wait for repairs through the service. Fortunately, we found Adam! Adam's estimate was thorough and realistic, and he spotted things other contractors giving estimates didn't. As for the job itself, Adam is great about communication. He rolled with the punches throughout the job, and he did things the right way. Adam and Pat: -- removed the remaining cabinets in the kitchen -- discovered uneven floor joists causing a slanted floor -- removed three layers of vinyl and two layers of subfloor (our kitchen was completely open to the basement for a bit!) -- repaired the floor joists -- rebuilt the subfloor -- replaced the cabinets and rebuilt part of one cabinet -- laid floor tile -- hung drywall -- redid ceiling and wall insulation -- fixed electrical -- hung a new light -- moved and rebuilt a soffit -- installed a vintage cast-iron sink -- installed a dishwasher -- repaired some seriously wild plumbing from the previous owner -- installed a new faucet -- repaired heating vents -- replaced new baseboards, trim, etc -- tiled the backsplash -- painted Adam and Pat are great with kids and dogs, and their work is excellent. They do the job the right way. We'll be hiring them again for additional projects in the future."
