"I ended up hiring Jantz to do a few different jobs around my aging house. They upgraded my main panel from 110v to 220v, installed a whole house fan and a new outlet. Throughout the entire process they maintained excellent communication. "First a quick run through. I called 3 contractors for bids. JZ Construction, Northwest, and Clovis Glass. Clovis Glass only deals Milgard and I didn't have a problem with that and they were the lowest bid. Now that being said Milgard has a D- rating with the BBB. So, I decieded to go with Anlin and I'm not unhappy at all. Northwest was cheaper by about 1k  than JZ and they were also willing to install a full window where a door was previously and JZ wouldn't do that. So, Northwest it was.     <br />     The salesman James was helpful and didn't try to lay the b******* to thick and was able to answer all my questions. Two contract crews came out because I asked them to get everything done in one day and they did. I thought the crews did a very good job and were polite and cordial. They were able to get everything done and clean it all up and replaced all the blinds and made it look great. <br /> The only issue I had was that a window was broken upon initial delivery and they said it would be replaced in a couple of weeks and two weeks go by and I haven't heard anything. So, I give James a call and he took care of the issue for me and a couple of days after that a new window was finally installed <br />     Except for the blunder I thought everything was fine and my wife and I love our new windows! <br />"
