They called to discuss the project and then sent me a written estimate for the job, and told me that if it took less time, they would adjust the cost and charge me less. They made the appointment in less than a week; it was not an emergency. When the tech arrived, he was extremely nice and professional. He advised me I had bought to a wrong part and showed me how he quickly discovered how he could fix what I already had. He then showed me if it happened again, how I could fix it myself.
