"The tech (Mr. Electric, Chesterfield, VA) made an initial visit to evaluate / check out the non-working attic fan. After it was determined that the 14 year old fan was not functioning, we were provided with an estimate of the replacement and other options. We selected the one on one replacement. After a mutual date was selected, Mr. Electric of Chesterfield came in and replaced the fan. He was very careful when he carried the ladder up to the 3rd floor and also wore booties as it was raining outside. The job was completed and area left clean. We will be testing the fan over the summer and we have a one year parts and labor warranty!"

They never had and outlet put in and used an extension cord, I didn't like that hazard. Murray & Sons Electrical was very prompt on answering from home advisor, provided a free estimate which is always nice. Very welling to work with my schedule and had it installed rather quickly. "Installed ceiling fixture and 2 new wall switches. don't know if I could have gotten the job cheaper because I hired the first one who came because I was OK with the price. I filed the request late Wednesday night and he called, came over, and did the work Thursday morning. Be warned, he tried to sell me a electric box surge protector for $500. I did not get that because I don't know if I need that. Also, offered a maintenance plan but I did not get that either."
