"Hired Mr Electric of Dallas. New Employee was sent out. Had a few problems. Innocent mistakes. One was a computer problem. I rated them poorly. Owner made contact with me. Wanted to know what happened. Sent a different Tec out. Corrected the honest mistakes, and educated me on other problems from the Exhaust Fan install. Sincere people. Totally redeemed themselves with me. I will be using them on other projects. If the Employees are anything like the Owner, I trust them with my home and my wallet."

"Carlos was the electrician and did an excellent job. We wanted to have a ceiling fan repaired. After he looked at it, he said he could do it, but could not not warrant the work, very up front and honest. So we just replaced the fan and he installed. He also repaired a fluorescent light fixture, converted it to an LED, and did a great job. After it was repaired, he turned on a matching fixture in the kitchen and saw that it turned on very slowly, he repaired it similarly at no additional cost. Great customer service. Also, Robbie, who I believe is a service coordinator was very helpful in getting the appointment set up and changing an appointment as well. I will use Mr Electric again."

Every other electrician I spoke with told me they wouldn't repair the chain and that I would need to replace the entire unit, but he fixed the pull chain with no issue and saved me the expense of buying a new ceiling fan. I also had him install a new ceiling fan in another room, and he did an excellent job. The installation was clean and efficient, and the fan works perfectly and looks fantastic. It's refreshing to find someone who is honest, skilled, and takes pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable electrician."
