Ibrahim got back to us quickly and came out soon after. He was very friendly and took the time to check both machines and explain what was wrong. The washer had a drainage issue and the dryer had a lot of lint buildup. He explained everything before fixing it and was very honest about what needed to be done. He fixed both the washer and dryer and everything has been working great since. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend him and would call him again."
