He was able to find era-appropriate flooring for the porch. He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step. I received a call stating the technician would be running late, which I understood. However, by 1:00 PM, no one had arrived, and I ultimately had to cancel. I was then assured I would be the first and only appointment the following day (Saturday). Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again?no arrival within the expected timeframe and no clear communication. Taking time off work twice for missed appointments is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Reliability and communication are critical for service-based businesses, and this experience fell short on both. I hope the company takes steps to improve scheduling accuracy and customer communication moving forward."

Earlier this week, Jay from the Royal Oak division completed some work on my 3 exterior doors and he replaced 2 cracked wooden steps leading to my back utility room. Jay was very receptive to my questions and provided explanations for the work he conducted; mainly to tightly seal some leaks that were causing noticeable drafts in this cold weather. My 2 new steps are sturdy and I am pleased with them. The seals around my doors are neat, clean and effective. Jay also took the time to hear my plans for near future improvements I have planned and he provided constructive and helpful feedback. I do intend to have ACE complete this work as well!"
