"Mike Braun with Gutter Maids was out today to clean our gutters and I was very impressed. Very professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. Will definitely hire again. They had great reviews on Nextdoor, and I agree with the great things everyone said about them."

"We have had multiple dealings with Schmidt siding and window. They have done an excellent job replacing all of the windows and doors in our house. The quality of their work with renewal by Anderson is unmatched. They made the window replacement process flawless and follow up support was top shelf. We will continue to use them without question on all future related projects."

"We had PPC come out to do a deck addition on our new home. We had received quotes from a few other contractors and PPC was very competitive. The owner, Adam, was great to work with! He communicated extremely well throughout the project! He helped us with deck design, choosing materials, and every other little step along the way. The crew, especially Sarg, were always respectful and worked so hard and fast! One of our sprinkler heads got damaged during the process but they immediately fixed it without any difficulty. It's been nearly a year now since we had the work done, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Perfect for summer days and the evening sun! Deinitely recommend them for any project you may need done! Thank you guys for making the process so easy for us!"

I have been cleaning windows in the Mankato MN area for five years. I am in a partnership with my Fiance Carrie who helps me meet a high customer service standard with her clerical expertise and moral support. I have reliable help which I employ when needed. I specialize in residential window cleaning, but also clean several local business windows on a regular basis. According to customer feedback, my prices are not high compared to other window cleaners and am told that I do a better job than other window cleaners that they have employed. I try to take care of the little details that may be overlooked if a job is rushed. For example, I clean the interior and exterior frames around the window, wipe the edges of the glass, clean the sills, am careful about drips on the siding and the flooring or beautiful wood trim inside homes. Also, I move funiture and place back, remove and wipe screens, dust off the tops of trim and hard to reach sills, and pay attention to the dog. All of this is included in the basic service. \nMy goal is to build a trusting and healthy relationship with my clients, earning repeat business, and building my own personal integrity by doing a high quality job that I am proud of.

"I would not recommend this company. The crew arrived late, did not work efficiently, and left an hour early. There was also a lot of time spent walking around without actually working. My project specifically involved large weed removal, which was agreed upon in advance. However, partway through the job, I was told they couldn't complete that portion because there wasn’t room in the trailer—despite there being available space in both the trailer and the back of the truck, especially if tarps had been used. Instead, the team shifted to removing small weeds (which I didn’t need), stating they had to fill the 8 hours per Eric, the owner. Our contract clearly outlined 8 hours of labor, and the $250 trailer fee for removal was supposed to be separate from that work time. Despite this, the crew left early, saying they needed time to drop off the trailer. I reached out to Eric three times and requested that the team return to complete the job as agreed or to issue a partial refund. He has not responded. (Ironically, he was very responsive when securing the job—something echoed in other reviews.)"
