Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. He was very pleasant and professional. I would work with him again."

"We had our downstairs door kicked in on Dec 10th and the robbers just absolutely destroyed the door, the frame and the jam. The door fits so snugly now, the weather stripping and threshold are way better than even before it got kicked in! "Gary was incredible to work with! While remodeling an old convenience store we found a floor safe when we moved a shelf to replace the flooring. We were so excited to find the safe, but disappointed when previous owners hadn’t heard about it, and the combination had been lost to history. Gary came to our rescue and spent an entire day with us at our resort cracking the code. Once he got the safe open it revealed a second safe! He then proceeded to work on that one for several more hours until he got it open! Unfortunately there wasn’t any treasure, sticks, bonds, or money.
