"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. Had a communication issue with the timeline of the project at first, but the co-owner Kim called and apologized for the mis information given and from that point forward stayed in communication with me. She also stepped in to help with a stain caused by my house’s siding paint. They seeded around all concrete added, which was great. Everyone was friendly and I would use the company again for future concrete projects."

"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. We are now the envy of our neighbors who have all watched and gazed in amazement at our new backyard oasis. For all of your pool needs, this is who you need to contact ASAP."

"Bob arrived on time and ready to work. He and his crew were very professional and respectful of my property. They formed the pad  out of 2 by 6 lumber for the whole 8 ft by 80 ft 6 inches deep. In one day they poured and finished 10 yards of fiber reinforced (4000PSI) concrete. The second day they cut the driveway to provide stress relief for the curing pad. Removed all of the lumber
forms and landscaped the surrounding area. They did a picture perfect job. Many thanks Bob and crew.
