I was amazed at the length that they went to in installing the sod!!! They really did a great job of preparing the soil before putting in the sod!! He either is a 5 star, or a 1 or 2 star based on the reasons I’ve cited above. Not sure if he treats all potential customers this way, or maybe my project wasn’t enough $$$ for him. "Called Mario when our first concrete person kept making excuses as to why the cement truck couldn’t come and pour and he started 5/13 and now it’s 5/23. Mario was referred to me by my realtor and so the process began all over again for us. Called Mario Friday late morning he came to see our driveway Friday 6:30pm granted the previous flight by night Carl Mulle Concrete Services had already ripped up the driveway concrete and had about 1/3 of the rebar and form in place. He claimed it had to done in 3 separate pours, we learned how wrong he was. Mario explained what needed to be done, he had to redo part of what had been laid down but said I have called the cement truck company in advance of our meeting. My crew and I can start Saturday 7am and the cement truck will arrive 8:30 am. We agreed to price which was very fair considering we were out a lot of money. We didn’t know what to believe and expect. The crew came Saturday at 6:30am, cement truck came at 8am. Mario and his crew got down to business and poured 20 yards of concrete. That’s 2 trucks, Mario said we should have the work done by 1pm. He did better, it was done basically by 12pm. Unbelievable! The precision and detail of each worker was outstanding. It was a team effort all around and we couldn’t be happier to have this project complete. We haven’t been able to use our driveway for 2 weeks thanks to Carl Mulle. Mario and his crew are very professional and the quality and craftsmanship shows."
