"Garrett and three other technicians were timely for the appointment, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. I did have a slight problem after the installation as my drip pan was filling up with water and cut off the condenser to the other AC unit I didn't have replaced. Dave, the president of the company came out on short notice and resolved the problem with my 20-year-old drip line (which was plugged). He had to make two trips to his house to get some tools and material to complete the job. You don't get that kind of care from most companies these days. I highly recommend Cypress Creek!"

"I called this company and was greeted by a very nice lady. I gave her specifics regarding the toilet and was told an experienced installer would arrive and give an estimate and would notify us 30-40 minutes before arriving. He would also be able to install the toilet if the estimate met with our approval. The installer arrived without calling first, did not know now to install the toilet and gave an estimate of $1,300!!! $1300!!! My husband and I installed the same toilet in our son's house and we have no plumbing experience whatsoever! I called the company and asked for a manager and none would take my call. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. I will never call them again and I do not recommend them!"

"We were in the unfortunate position of needing to replace two HVAC units in our home at the same time. We learned that our son is sensitive to mold and found that our existing units, which were 15 years old, had mold in the plenum. We reached out to five local A/C businesses in efforts to find a person or company we felt comfortable with who would install two new, trustworthy HVACs with a filtration system to combat mold. Adam guided us through the decision-making process to determine what was best for our home and situation, and he followed the plan through to a T. We will recommend him to all of our neighbors whose a/c units are now reaching the 15 year mark, and we highly recommend him to anyone reading this review."

"Blake did an excellent and thorough job. We had a leak that he diagnosed and fixed which ended up being a roof issue. He repaired some exterior window framing and also installed new tile floors. He is very detail oriented and his work is impeccable. I have already referred him to neighbors and will definitely use him again."
