He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Said he needed extra help and came back sooner than he thought. Helper spoke no English and stood around and talked in languages to each other in front of me. Went out for parts for another hour and a half came back with only hinges and no curtains for window. Explained it was too hard for him to take care of curtain in 6 hour job to hang paintings and shower. I waited to give review just in case he needed to refix anything done.?"
