Was able to communicate via text message with the owner which is convenient. They understood my end goal. They came in the same week and took ripped it out in under 2 hours. A father son crew. They used their hands to get all of the little rocks they could. They were also pleasant to chat with. The grass is growing strong and the doggos can't wait to go play in their bigger yard.
