"The roof had suffered substantial wind damage. I called Advantage Roofing and Tim came to do an estimate. He was very professional, very punctual, and explained the entire process of roof replacement and insurance to me. The job was done exactly as promised. It was on time, done correctly, everything was cleaned up, and they were very careful around the landscaping. They even did a few tiny favors for me! I was so pleased with everyone involved. Their office staff is also fantastic! EVERY TIME I call, I am greeted with cheerful, welcoming voices. Tim and EVERYONE at his company truly appreciate their customers! I would DEFINETLY hire them again...I will be a life-long customer....and I will ALWAYS use them for my investment properties. The estimator who arrived went on the roof and determined that the repair was minor and fixed it then and there. He was confident that the leak was repaired. We will learn whether he was right when we have our next heavy rain event."

"Don Snider has re-roofed our house twice now; both times went very well. The second roof was due to hail damage, otherwise we would not have replaced the roof after only 12 years or so. The crew removed a roof-mounted patio awning, tore off old shingles, removed two old skylights, reshingled with Owens Corning 30 year dimensional shingles, and installed two new Velux skylights with shades, and reinstalled the patio awning. They were done in one day, including a rain break during which they covered the roof with tarps. They cleaned up nicely. The estimator and the office staff were very nice."

"This is the second time I have had Ray St Clair work on my home.  The first time was to replace a gutter.  This second repair was to fix leaks around 2 windows.  Josh came out multiple times, giving my 2 separate quotes as I had originally asked for roof work, and then narrowed my request to just fixing the windows.  The repair proposed (roof repair, gutter repair and replace one wall of siding) has fixed my problem, the quality of the work seems good, the color of the new siding matches the rest of the house.  I cannot honest comment on the price as I could get no-one else to come out and give me an estimate, I assume they felt the work was not enough to justify the effort.  However, I feel the price was fair and am happy with the work done. <br />"

"Overall we are very pleased with our new roof and with working with Jonathan and the rest of the crew at The Roofing Annex. The quality of the new roof and their ability to interface with our insurance adjuster were very much appreciated. The crew that did the roof install were excellent and friendly and got the job knocked out in one day. The only thing that ended less than satisfactorily was that additional damage to the interior of the home which was part of the claim was supposed to be coordinated by Roofing Annex with another sub contractor and that never happened. Probably not the fault of TRA but I thought it should be noted if you are in need of more repairs outside of just the roof. As it turned out I am working directly with my insurance adjuster and this is being taken care of anyway. All in all I would still recommend TRA to family and friends."

"I gave the A for professionalism. I requested a quote through Angie's List. Jason called me and I asked if we were too far away from his service area (Maineville to Wyoming) He explained that while they would service this area, they do not work on flat roofs and he was just calling back to let me know that. I've requested quotes from several companies, and a couple didn't even have the courtesy to call back. This kind of professionalism is becoming more and more rare. I really can't say I would hire again since we didn't get that far, but I but yes because I would at least contact. Thank you Jason."
