"Fantastic! I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience! Diana is EXCELLENT at every stage of the design process. From paint color (perfect shade every time!), accessories that didn’t break the bank, furniture with knock out fabrics, colors, designs & beautiful window treatments and was on time, under budget, and always followed up with delivery and placement of furniture! She has the BEST eye for paint color and we love all the light fixtures! We worked with Diana on 3 separate projects. We tackled the dining room (adding wainscoating, chandelier, beautiful dining room table, amazing hutch, custom upholstered chairs and artwork), kitchen table and barstools, & bonus room all at once. We painted nearly every room in the house and it made such a wonderful difference. We had never had a formal dining room before and we just LOVE it for special family celebrations. She captured our style perfectly. I can’t imagine what our home looked like before because she helped us pick out furniture in nearly every room, and carpet and rug selections too! We loved EVERY detail and did not regret a single purchase! That’s huge for us because we had always tried doing it ourselves but didn’t quite capture the look or left things undone. This is why I highly recommend Diana! She listened to our ideas and how we use the space or would like to use the space and then went to town! Literally! She gives you the option to go shopping with her or she can pick out things and share fabric samples and photos. Every major purchase she selected 3 items and we chose which one we liked best. Sometimes we would combine two ideas to come up with a final selection. This was key. There are so many options and she narrowed it down and gave her professional opinion and explained how it fit the space well and why. Also assuring it’s a design that isn’t going away and we will get many years out of it. These are classic timeless pieces. We then moved onto the kitchen and bonus room. What I love about the tables is they’re indestructible and the chairs are all upholstered with sunbrella fabric which is stain proof. No joke! We love doing puzzles and created a game table/Lego/puzzle table for the bonus room. It’s our favorite room in the house. Area rugs defined every space and we just love them! Makes such a huge difference! We also redid the basement with carpet and paint and a fantastic entertainment center complete with barn doors. We also created a sports area in the basement where Diana and her assistant spent the day hanging all kinds of sports memorabilia around the bar and it turned out fantastic. I would’ve never figured out how and where hang all the cool stuff we have collected over the years and incorporated all our OHIO poses from our vacations over the past couple decades. We tackled the MBR next and made a cool mom den for reading and journaling. We all love the space and conversations in the kids favorite spinny chair and a chase lounge. We selected sconces, ceiling fan, 2 chandeliers and 2 over the sink light fixtures for the owners suite. Linens, rugs, paint color again, fabric for window treatments-it all turned out beautifully. We just love it. Who would’ve known how much time we were all going to be spending in our home during the last couple years with Covid. We are so thankful to have worked with Diana. I would ask to work with her again. We have one bathroom reno and exterior house painting left to do this spring. I know she’ll knock it out of the park!"

"Overall, it went very well. All the staff were very nice, understanding of my mother's concerns, and were willing to do anything they could to help get her belongings put away. The only complaint I had was that it was a rainy day, but they didn't do anything to protect my carpets as they brought the furniture/boxes into my house. Because 2 sofas, a overstuffed chair, and a queen sized bed had to go downstairs, they carried these items around the house and in the back sliding glass doors. The guys got mud on the carpet, but one of the ladies was great about cleaning it up. I just had to wash a small area rug afterward. I received a call from Josette the next day asking how I felt about the move and their service; I gave her my feedback regarding the carpets."

"It went very well!  We were schedueld for 9:00 AM and they arrived at about 9:20 .  It is possible the start time included when they left their home office.  They surveyed what was being moved, from and to where.  They helped me remove the door from the refrigerator and carried the refrigerator into the house and then negotiated a 90 turn in a small kitchen to then fo down a 13 step stari way.  They put the refrigerator where we wanted it and then helped me reattach the door.  They then moved a large TV and pedestal from the basement out to our garage.  They were very careful in moving the items and didn't damage them or the home.  They were efficient and friendly and really seemed to treat everything very carefully. <br />"

"I have nothing but highest praise for all staff at Eko Movers. I originally was a bit skeptical hiring a Cincinnati-based company for a move from NY to NM but the result was more than convincing that I made the right decision. From the beginning the response was quick, always, and the staff very helpful with questions I had. I submitted a detailed inventory list and we agreed on a pickup on Monday with delivery by the dedicated truck on Saturday. The driver communicated in advance that he will be able to deliver one day ahead of time – a nice surprise! Absolutely nothing was damaged which is truly amazing, considering the distance travelled of approx. 2,100 miles! There also were two items of great concern: a 7-foot tall glass curio cabinet and an original artwork, under glass, approx. 5x4 ft. – Again, no damage, no scratches. Overall, this was a very positive moving experience! Thank you Eko Movers!"

"I had used Jo previously to stage my home in Ft Thomas which sold for 10K above asking price. Jo is the consummate professional. She arrived on time, inspected my home with me, making suggestions as we walked through. She has an amazing eye, identifying items that I wouldn't have thought to consider, e.g. cleaning the grout in the tile bathrooms and washing the windows. I received an email the next day explaining in detail what I needed to accomplish. She provided the additional items needed to complete the staging. Her crew arrived at the appointed day/time. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that much of the artwork on the walls was out of level. However, the result was that my condo sold the morning it was listed for full asking price! Note that Jo is very in-demand, so be sure to book her as early as possible in the selling process."
