"We hired Troy at Surface and Structure to do design and permitting work when we decided to do an expansion on our daycare. The city came to us with 3 major issues having to do with flood planes, surface water and existing structures. The requirements they were throwing at us would have absolutely killed our project. Troy met with the city officials and negotiated reasonable solutions to each of the problems that saved our project. All of the costly requirements were avoided and we got to do our expansion."

"Owner was polite, knowledgeable, and reasonable. My 12 foot electrical gate was damage in a collision. I felt it would need to be totally replaced. Not true as the company did great repairs and weldingâ ¦"
