She worked within our budget and took out some plants/shrubbery and installed new ones. She came back a few months later to do a clean up and to check on everything. Our landscaping now gets compliments for our neighbors on a weekely basis. She is very professional, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. "Nathan arrived promptly to measure and give the estimate to replace sod, which was destroyed by bugs. He also provided a quote for a retaining wall since that was another consideration. He was very professional and gave his opinion as to the need for a retaining wall (did not feel that was necessary and would be a much bigger expense), so we went with the sod. In preparation for the new sod, and as recommended by Nathan,  we had a lawn pest service come and treat the area so that there would be no bugs to affect the new sod.  It was only when we noticed a strange truck and men we did not recognize examining the area that we realized the job was being subcontracted out to someone else. We were a bit surprised by this but were assured by Nathan that everything was under control. To make a long story short, the new sod, when installed, was infected with cinch bugs and web-worm and parts died off almost immediately. Other areas just looked choppy and did not blend in well with the existing slope of the land.  In addition the equipment they used to bring the new sod to the backyard chewed up the grass in the front and side yards of our house. Bottom line: Nathan made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction and never pressed us for any balance due until we were completely satisfied. Sod was replaced until we were satisfied but took a longer than it should have had it been done correctly from the start. We now have beautiful, green, lush grass in the backyard and the front and side damage was repaired and is coming along nicely. Took a lot to get there but I give Nathan a lot of credit. He was professional all the way through and inspired our trust that the job would be completed to our satisfaction, which it was! We will probably not use them again for any sod work, but would definitely consider them for other landscaping projects."

"I called the President of Supreme Lawn Care (Richard Wells) about a month ago to go over the landscape job described herein.  He asked me if there would be any issues with the HOA that governs my area and based on what I had heard 2nd hand up to that point, I told him everything would be fine.  Well, I happened upon a neighbor the day before my landscape job was to start and he suggested I check the HOA rules before going forward with the work.  So, I went home and researched the HOA's website, something I should have done before signing the contract with Rich, and was shocked to learn that even basic landscaping jobs needed to be approved by some committee within the HOA.  Needless to say this could have been a big problem for Rich since he had already hired on a few more people to help with this particular job.  Well, I was pleasantly surprised that Rich didn't blow his top when I called him the night before the work was to begin to tell him that it would be another 3-4 weeks before I could submit a proposal and get approval for the job.  Not only that, he assisted me in getting the proposal together and just applied the $1000 deposit I had given him toward the future job.  If you take a moment to consider the lost wages for jobs him and his workers could have taken on for those two days it was really quite amazing that he was so willing to help me work through the mess I had created.  Anyway, that's the real story as far as I'm concerned.  The ratings I gave him and his crew tell the rest.  They did a terrific job with all the items described above and when the job took a few more hours than planned he was willing to let it slide without any additional costs.  A truly professional job!"
