"I needed a roof repair and found NMTI-General Construction on Angie's List. From day one, Project Managers, Juan and Ramon provided me with exemplary service. Ramon came to survey the leaky roof the day that I called. He explained what needed to be done and gave me what I felt was a very reasonable written estimate within a day or two. He explained that they might find more damage once work commenced and it would cost more to repair. The crew started the work the day before Thanksgiving and worked throughout the holiday weekend to remove and replace four layers or shingles on my 1910 colonial. They also repaired the ceiling on the enclosed front porch that had severe water damage. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the yard and driveway and thoroughly removed all of the debris. I would highly recommend NMTI-GC to anyone needing home repairs or renovation. Juan, Ramon and their team are professional, prompt and courteous. I will definitely call on them again for any future home repairs that I may need."

"Leo and Ricardo showed up to look at the job on time and they were very professional. They evaluated all the troubled spots and took pictures. They provided a comprehensive quote within a day or two complete with the photos they had taken. I had a few questions on the quote which May in the office tried to answer. Once she was unable to answer some of these questions she had Leo and Ricardo call me. May is very easy to get in touch with but Leo and Ricardo are a little more difficult to reach since they are out in the field all day. Once I approved the quote the were at the house the next day to erect scaffolding. They also were expecting a deposit from me which was never made clear so there was a little confusion there. Our house was built in 1884 so after they started work they discovered the roof was in worse shape then they originally anticipated. They were quick to send photos of the condition of the roof but I was never given a firm price as to what the additional costs would be. They completed work in 3-4 days and clean up was done professionally. The additional work they needed to do was significant and I was never fully made aware of what this was until I received the final bill. I trusted Farina that the price Farina billed me on the additional work was fair. This is based on the other quotes I received from other roofers-all of which seemed either too simplistic of a fix or far too comprehensive and expensive considering the size of the leaks."

"DH. Smith repaired the roof, lead flashing around the chimney. Also, the mortar and crown of the chimney were replaced and repaired. They were work was fast and completed in one day. The price was very reasonable. They did not try to sell me additional work that did not need to be done. I would not hesitate to call them again for another project, Good honest workmanship. "Power Construction was extremely responsive both via email and by phone. Their salesperson arrived right on time to an early Saturday morning appointment. He explained what he was going to do and then got up on the roof to take measurements. This was noteworthy to me because many other roofers just gave us an estimate using satellite images without ever even talking to us or seeing the house. Our roof has a very flat section and we had wanted advice as to whether we needed a rubber roof. Our salesman was the only one out of more than 5 roofers we received quotes from that actually calcuated the pitch of our roof for us. Overall a great experience and the only reason we didnt hire them is that we found another company who could do the job for less."
